Deliveries
Once you've placed your order, the order is received at the store where a specially trained Supa IGA 'shopper' selects your items, totals them, and prepares them for delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Same day service is available if we receive your order by 7.00 am. Orders received after 7.00am will be delivered the following day.. There is no delivery service on Saturdays. If you nominate a delivery time we will endeavour to deliver within a one hour period. For example, for a 2.00pm delivery, we aim to deliver between 1.30pm and 2.30pm. Times are subject to change depending on daily delivery loads.
Shopper Service Pick-up Orders
Orders may also be picked up at the store, up to 6.00pm for orders received prior to 11.00 AM. Allow minimum 3 hour pick and process time. Orders received after 11.00 AM will available for pick up the following day.
Supa IGA Customer Service
In the event that you experience any difficulty with your order, call Sharon or Mandy on 9387 9570 within 24 hours of your delivery.
Our trained, courteous and professional staff will assist you in resolving your problem. If you are unsatisfied with any of the products you receive, you may exchange the product for an on-the-spot credit that applies to your next order, or return the product within reasonable time to the store for a full refund. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 7.00 am to 6.00 pm. Please have your order number and register receipt handy when you call.
Service Fees
Shopper service charge of 6% of the shopping total, excluding delivery charge, to a maximum of $15.00 per order. This charge is not applicable where a customer shops their own order for delivery.
Delivery Fees
Zone 1 is charged at $7.00 per delivery.
Zone 2 is charged at $11.00 per delivery.
Zone 3 is charged at $14.00 per delivery.
All prices inclusive of GST.

Payment Options
You may pay for your groceries by cash on delivery, personal cheque or major credit cards. For order pickup, payment may also be made by EFTPOS.
Prices
We strive to keep our on-line prices as up-to-date as possible. The actual prices charged are current store prices, that ring up on the cash register as we put your order through. On occasion, specials may change and items may sell out.
Substitutions
Occasionally, something you order may be out of stock. Let us know if it's okay to substitute with another size or comparable brand.
You can also give us suggestions on each item if you like.
Website Problems
If you are experiencing problems, we ask you to bear in mind that there are three possible points of failure:
- The shopping site, or the server it is hosted on.
- The internet connection provided to you by your ISP.
- Your software and configuration.
In the case of problems, please do your best to determine which of these is causing the error, and, if appropriate, contact the appropriate company or person.
